    Position summary

    Role:

    Global Go-to-Market Leadership:

    Define and execute the end-to-end commercialization strategies for new digital authentication products, driving rapid issuer adoption globally.

    Develop regionally-informed market segmentation strategies that reflect local market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and issuer needs.

    Partner closely with regional teams to ensure consistent execution while enabling local customization where required.

    Compelling Value Proposition & Enablement

    Develop clear, differentiated value propositions that articulate the business impact of authentication solutions for issuers, including fraud reduction, improved approval rates, and enhanced customer experience.

    Create high-impact sales enablement materials such as narratives, case studies to support regional sales teams and issuer engagement.

    Voice of the Customer & Market Insight

    Establish strong, ongoing feedback loops with regional stakeholders and issuers to capture customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

    Translate customer and market learnings into actionable input for global product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature evolution.

    Pipeline Ownership & Cross-Regional Alignment

    Own and manage a holistic global issuer pipeline across all authentication solutions, from opportunity identification through delivery.

    Partner with regional teams to prioritize opportunities, track progress, and ensure disciplined execution against commercialization goals.

    Performance Management & Executive Reporting

    Drive data-driven insights at the program level, translating performance metrics into clear action plans.

    Develop and manage enablement and performance scorecards to identify gaps, optimize go-to-market execution, and inform executive-level reporting.

    All About You:

    Product experience leading global commercialization, with demonstrated success executing highly complex initiatives involving multiple internal teams and external partners

    Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities, able to distill insights from data, identify opportunities and risks, evaluate multiple solution paths and drive action

    Strong business acumen, with the ability to craft compelling strategic narratives and engage with internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organization

    Execution-oriented mindset, operating with urgency and accountability, and seeing initiatives through from concept to delivery

    Proven ability to influence in matrixed organizations, skilled at aligning stakeholders, mobilizing cross-functional teams and driving outcomes without direct authority

    Self-starter and global leader, capable of motivating and coordinating large, cross-regional teams in fast-moving ambiguous environments

    Relevant industry experience, with a background in management consulting, payments, ecommerce or financial services---ideally with exposure to product management, fraud management or authentication solutions
