Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.
    Responsibilities:

    This is a Business Development role within Services Incubator team. This role is responsible for driving the Innovation agenda for Mastercard Services

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Working with broader MC Services sales organization to access client needs and strategic agenda. Use MC Services Innovation capabilities to differentiate and expand Mastercard Innovation business with customers, including new product, services, partners, etc.
    • Leading key regional and local innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L
    • Support rest of the sale team on end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing
    • Bring in new thought leadership to establish MC Services brand across key customer stakeholders
    • Work with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects sold
    • Achieve sales targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind
    • Build and inculcate relationships to become a trusted advisor to Senior/Executive level clients

    All About You
    • Strong Innovation background including digital transformation, UI/UX design, design thinking, latest Gen AI models, wearable technologies, new approaches to customer engagement.
    • Strong experience in digital and consultative sales and managing senior client stakeholders.
    • Ability to develop compelling sales narratives in influencing sales closure. Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • MBA is preferred but can be substituted for strong experience in the above topics.
    • Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm
    • Highest level of self-motivation with a hunting-attitude
    • Strong problem solving skills and first principles thinking
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
