    Role

    In this enterprise-facing position, you will:

    • Lead the global Learning Operations team responsible for logistics, scheduling, communications, and delivery of learning programs across all modalities.
    • Translate strategic learning plans into operational workflows, tools, and delivery processes.
    • Partner with Academy Leads, SMEs, facilitators, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure program delivery meets quality and timing expectations.
    • Establish and maintain scalable systems and tools that support scheduling, reporting, and learner communications.
    • Drive continuous improvement through metrics analysis, feedback loops, and process optimization.
    • Serve as the escalation point for delivery-related issues, risks, and blockers.

    The ideal candidate for this position should:

    • Demonstrate deep expertise in learning program operations, delivery logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
    • Be experienced in leading and developing global, high-performing operational teams.
    • Bring strong project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
    • Be fluent in the tools and platforms that support enterprise L&D operations (e.g., LMS, scheduling, communications, dashboards).
    • Have experience navigating complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and overlapping initiatives.
    • Thrive in ambiguity and apply structured problem-solving to delivery challenges.
    • Be a collaborative partner and effective communicator with a passion for creating excellent learner experiences.
