    Mastercard Services team is seeking a Director, Regional Product Manager, to support our Economic & Business Intelligence (EBI) business for Latin America and the Caribbean region. This role is accountable for consistently delivering revenue and margin targets for our EBI solutions, including transactional data insights, non-transactional data insights and capability building platforms, across customer segments and go-to-market strategies throughout the region.

    Role
    In this leadership position, you will:

    • Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across each of our distribution channels including one-to-one sales, market-wide sales, network-linked sales, and partnership sales
    • Systematically partner with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets
    • Develop and ensure continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs, address Mastercard regional priorities and ensure attainment of revenue and margin targets
    • Drive engagement and usage of our products by internal and external stakeholders
    • Disseminate our main capabilities with engaging storytelling and data
    • Generate tangible data-driven business outcomes, continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance
    • Drive a user-centric culture of data driven, test and learn experimentation, continuously assessing and enhancing the Product user experience
    • Engage in Voice of the Customer (client feedback) to identify Product friction points, creating and owning the action plan to address them in partnership with Global Product Teams

    All about You/Experience:

    • Have experience (+8 years) experience in management consulting and/or digital product management in Latin America
    • Experience (+2 years) in business development roles will be highly valued
    • Demonstrate high-level of problem-solving, creativity, communication
    • Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
    • Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
    • Be proficient and autonomous in Profit and Loss statement (P&L) analysis and management
    • Demonstrate Mastercard Way behaviors
    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
    • Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued
