    Position summary

    nowledge of the payments ecosystem-particularly real-time payments and money movement. This role operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, working with talented teams around the world to design, scale, and commercialize innovative products.

    As Director of Product Management for Mastercard Send in LAC, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product across the region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure our solutions deliver differentiated value for our customers. You will drive continuous product improvement, oversee P&L performance, and support the expansion of Mastercard Send across LAC markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the Mastercard Send product strategy and execution for the LAC region, aligning with global product priorities.

    • Manage end-to-end product financial performance in the region.

    • Act as the regional subject matter expert for Mastercard Send, driving advocacy and engagement with internal teams, customers, and partners.

    • Analyze market dynamics and influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market approaches to maximize product competitiveness and adoption.

    • Partner with commercialization and sales teams to develop training materials, customer collateral, and scalable product enablement assets.

    • Build repeatable frameworks and processes that accelerate deployment and adoption across LAC markets.

    • Drive expansion of Mastercard Send connectivity and use cases throughout the region, strengthening our real-time money movement capabilities.

    • Apply strong project management skills to coordinate product initiatives and ensure timely delivery of regional priorities.

    All About You

    • Significant experience in the financial services industry, with proven success leading product management or product development teams.

    • Deep understanding of real-time payments, alternative payment methods, and money movement flows.

    • Experience translating customer needs and insights into actionable product enhancements and market strategies.

    • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.

    • Demonstrated ability to assess, manage, and mitigate product and business risks.

    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence functional and regional boundaries.

    • Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    • Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
