The Executive Assistant will support the SVP of Advisors & Consulting Services, as well as other EVPs or SVPs within the Services organization in Latin America and the Caribbean. A high-energy, creative, tech-savvy professional with strong attention to detail and trust is desired. The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and maintaining department records, among other core responsibilities. The incumbent will also work on projects supporting the team and contribute to the overall performance of the function.
Role:
• Performs general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations including scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, taking and distributing meeting minutes, copying, screening mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining department records.
• Prepare communications, reports, presentations, or other assigned documentation
• Ensure all meeting and technology support is appropriately coordinated for meetings and events
• Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company
• May research special topics and/or work on project-based initiatives as applicable
All About You:
• Education: High School education. College degree a plus.
• Experience: Executive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management
• Skills/ Abilities:
oStrong knowledge of department budgets and desk top computer software
oKeen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation and proactive mindset
oExcellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and persuade, to work collaboratively across functions, and to interact effectively with stakeholders
oAbility to prioritize and discern what is truly important
oAbility to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
oStrong computer/ technology skills, including the ability to learn and manage internal systems
oStrong written & verbal communication skills
oProficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Oracle required
oAccuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
oAbility to function in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
oUnderstanding of Mastercard's operational and organizational infrastructure is advantageous
oEnglish language is required, Portuguese is a plus
