eam is a strategic pillar within DMP, responsible for building and scaling enrichment services that integrate diverse data sources, apply advanced analytics, and deliver enriched signals to enhance fraud detection, credit risk evaluation, and customer engagement.
We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that evolve our enrichment platform. This role demands strategic leadership, technical depth, and a strong delivery mindset to orchestrate programmes that span engineering, product, data science, and platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead TPM in Decision Enrichments, you will:
Own programme delivery across multiple enrichment initiatives, from concept through production, ensuring alignment with Mastercard's decisioning strategy.
Drive strategic planning and execution, managing dependencies across teams and proactively resolving blockers to maintain momentum.
Lead integration efforts for new data sources and enrichment signals into DMP pipelines, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
Operationalise advanced models and features, collaborating with data scientists and analysts to embed intelligence into decisioning workflows.
Champion agile excellence, facilitating ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Establish programme-level intake and prioritisation frameworks, reducing context switching and improving developer experience and velocity1.
Mentor TPMs and influence engineering culture, fostering ownership, innovation, and alignment across product and tech groups.
Partner with leadership to shape roadmap strategy, infrastructure provisioning timelines, and cross-team coordination2.
About You
8+ years of experience leading technical programmes in data-intensive or platform engineering environments.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team initiatives with measurable impact.
Deep understanding of real-time data pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native architectures (GCP, AWS).
Experience with observability, telemetry, and performance optimisation in distributed systems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Mastercard's DMP ecosystem and enrichment services is a plus.
Passion for data-driven decisioning and improving developer experience through thoughtful programme design.
