    Position summary

    efficiency and drive smarter decisions for Services business unit, with use of data, technology and operational excellence.

    About the Role

    As Manager - Business Transformation and Revenue Assurance, you are expected to:

    • Understand our business landscape and engage business teams (Sales, Delivery, Product) to understand their priorities and pain-points
    • Understand end to end Revenue lifecycle, and identify revenue leakages and discrepancies
    • Generate insights and perform analytics across datasets that impact Revenue (pricing, billing etc.)
    • Use innovative techniques for problem solving, develop process controls and mitigate revenue risks
    • Drive stakeholder engagement (Finance, Controllership, Sales etc.) and behavioral change
    • Monitor progress of key initiatives and track KPIs

    All about you

    • Strong understanding of Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B services organizations
    • Ability to understand and mine insights from large and complex datasets
    • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, with suitable educational qualifications
    • Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Exposure to sales pipeline and revenue management tools (e.g. Salesforce, CPQ etc.)
