    Position summary

    are seeking a Product Manager focused on data analytics to drive actionable insights and decision-making in the organization.

    This is an individual contributor role, and the main responsibilities will be:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to fulfill their analytical needs
    • Monitor, measure, and report on performance KPIs, distilling into actionable insights to drive decision-making
    • Drive data-based culture across the organization with the use of dashboards and reports
    • Perform end-to-end analysis spanning data extraction, cleaning, visualization, and insight generation
    • Deep dive into findings with partner functions to identify root causes for observed trends

    About You:
    • You are proficient in English
    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
    • You have 5+ years of experience in product management and analytics, ideally with a focus on payments
    • Advanced data and analytics capabilities, including:
    oAdvanced SQL skills, ability to write optimized queries for large data sets
    oExperience creating analytics in Python or equivalent language
    oStrong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
    oExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
    • Ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience designing and deploying scalable data pipelines across various tools and ecosystems is a plus
    • Knowledge of cross-border payments is a plus
    • Proven ability to evolve in a complex matrix environment and to operate with complete independence and autonomy
    • You currently live in São Paulo and have availability to attend the office 3-times per week
