    The Commercial and New Payment Flows - Global Pricing team is looking for a Manager - Pricing, Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) to help drive our global pricing initiatives. The team's focus is to define, develop and advise on the right economics for all CNPF-related solutions, enabling the different verticals to realize the full potential of its solutions, including monetizing the value delivered. In addition, the team will develop a Pricing & Interchange Center of Excellence to ensure best practices are embedded in the business unit and shared across all regions

    Role
    The Manager - Pricing, Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) will drive and execute value-based pricing initiatives by:
    • Working with our global and regional product teams to articulate the value our products create and deliver to customers, and defining pricing as needed
    • Ensuring the adequacy, effectiveness and competitiveness of overall economics and its alignment to CNPF and business units' strategy and objectives
    • Developing our own proposals to continue to evolve our business model
    • Ensuring consistency in global product pricing frameworks, including review of past pricing changes to inform potential adjustments
    • Making holistic assessments on the different initiatives incorporating multiple perspectives such as strategic, risk, customer impact, feasibility
    • Ensuring smooth communication and implementation of all pricing initiatives
    • Supporting pricing governance and Center of Excellence for Commercial & New Payment Flows organization
    • Supporting regional sales teams with self-service pricing tools and structured global offers

    This position will require you to:
    • Identify and design revenue enhancement initiatives to support revenue growth driven by the value of our Commercial and New Payment Flows Solutions
    • Make a holistic assessment of the impact from each initiative. This includes analysis to assess financial impact, strategic impact, customer impact, implementation feasibility (e.g. financial impact simulations by country, customer; competitive analysis)
    • Prepare recommendations and the necessary materials for decision making purpose and present to Senior Management for review and approval
    • Participate in cross-functional teams and liaising closely with various internal stakeholders: Product, Finance, Operations & Technology, Legal, Franchise, etc.
