    About the Role

    We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and tech-fluent leader to drive our internal innovation culture across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role will sit at the intersection of emerging technologies, employee development and customer engagements -with the mission to make innovation a shared mindset and a daily practice across Mastercard.

    This leader will shape how Mastercard LAC thinks, learns, and talks about innovation-and help ensure we stay ahead of what's next. More than a job, this is a chance to lead a movement, make ideas contagious, and create lasting impact across the region.

    What You'll Do

    1. Build Innovation Fluency

    Design and lead AI and emerging tech training programs-from foundational to hands-on use cases.

    Partner with global and local teams to tailor learning content that's relevant, practical, and scalable.

    Connect our internal AI & Data Strategy team and increase internal knowledge and fluency.

    Launch and evolve a regional Innovation Learning Series with curated tools, use cases, and quick wins.

    1. Activate the Culture

    Organize and run engaging regional activations like Demo Showcases and Hackathons.

    Lead internal communications to keep innovation top of mind, from newsletters to monthly spotlights.

    Shape and run a consistent communications calendar tied to business priorities and employee interests.

    1. Empower Sales & Delivery Teams

    Train customer-facing teams on how to use thought leadership content to spark strategic conversations.

    Create toolkits, talking points, and sessions that connect innovation trends to real customer challenges.

    Build feedback loops to continuously improve enablement and track impact.

    1. Champion the Mission

    Be the face of the innovation culture movement and create an ambassador program across the markets. Lead by example by energizing teams, connecting ideas, and inspiring action.

    Act as a connector across business units, spotting opportunities to scale what's working.

    Partner with cross-functional teams such as HR, Comms, Data & AI teams and Global Foundry to embed innovation in how we work, learn, and lead.

    You live and breathe emerging tech, with experience in AI, and want to help others feel the same excitement

    You're have proven ability to design and run internal enablement programs and events.

    You're passionate about people development and believe culture is built through action, not words

    You're a creative and strong communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear, simple and engaging narratives

    You're deeply collaborative, organized with focus on execution to lead and drive change

    You're fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus)

    Previous branding, illustration or animation experience, preferably using creative tools such as Figma, InVision is valued
