    Role

    • Dashboard & Reporting Management

    o Design, develop, and enhance the Law Department dashboard to provide actionable insights.

    o Maintain and evolve KPI tracking systems, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

    o Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources including Contract Management Systems, GBSC, Outside Counsel, Procurement, platforms such as Archer, Anaqua, OneTrust, and others.

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

    o Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the Law Department to understand operational needs and define key performance indicators.

    o Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics.

    o Work with Technology and other Analytics teams to perform the activities.

    • Data Visualization & Innovation

    o Create impactful visualizations tailored to diverse audiences.

    o Continuously innovate data representation methods to enhance clarity and decision-making.

    • Project Execution & Delivery

    o Lead and execute assigned Legal Operations initiatives with a focus on quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes.

    o Track project performance, manage launches, and identify opportunities for future enhancements.

    • Process Optimization & Documentation

    o Drive process improvements and standardization across legal operations.

    o Develop business cases, internal documentation, and go-to-market strategies to support operational initiatives.

    • Budget Management

    o Create the annual budget of the area collecting information from previous years and stakeholders.

    o Track, monitor and control the area spending, forecasts and alignment with budget.

    o Work with Finance and other areas to integrate and get alignment.

    • Strong analytical skills with experience managing dashboards, databases, and KPI calculations.

    • Proven ability to execute complex projects through collaboration and influence.

    • Ability to build and evaluate business cases, including cost-benefit and ROI analysis.

    • Experience leading cross-functional teams in process analysis, design, and optimization.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.

    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing user experience.

    • Passion for continuous improvement and leveraging external best practices.
