    Position summary

    enhancing customer and cardholder experiences.

    The right candidate will establish and maintain effective working relationships with global, regional and market stakeholders, service business leads, customer success, advisors consulting services, as well as key customers and other external stakeholders, taking an active role in supporting the Dispute Resolution products across the LAC region.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Support Product Management functions: research & analysis, product documentation, readiness assessments, and successful product launch.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Global, and Division teams on financial planning & analysis, including research and impact analysis for new pricing initiatives.
    • Plan and conduct product trainings for customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Support strategy formulation initiatives, including regional product line strategies and go-to-market plans.

    All About You:

    • Experience in the electronic payments industry, preferably at an issuing/acquirer bank, processor, vendor, or card brand. Payment Disputes experience is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
    • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and project management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
    • Position may require some travel.
    • English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a plus.
