    The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Manager product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to oversee product solutions and P&L management for our one of our CA&E Line of Business: Marketing Services.

    This role will be an expert on managing Marketing Services and be responsible for ensuring the product is scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the product meets local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure product meets local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that the product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers.
    Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Services Product Management Lead, this individual will ensure products maximize funding pools and facilitate sales customer dynamics.
    Key Responsibilities
    Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services
    • Bring global product to the region, including use cases
    • Fuel and understand global roadmap
    • Budget and forecast tracking

    Lead Product Localization and GTM
    • Manage Studio process (including pricing)
    • Close involvement on pilots
    • Vendor/partner management
    • Offers sourcing (in-market)

    Act as Regional SME
    • Understand competitive landscape
    • Map regional pain points/needs
    • Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales
    • Measure value and articulate impact

    All About You
    • Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable
    • Proven experience as a product, sales or marketing client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
    • Expert in Digital Marketing, having dealt with different Martech solutions
    • Coming mainly from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech (eg: ecommerce, marketplaces etc), IT industries or digital marketing agencies, with experience in dealing product, digital marketing, strategic planning.
    • Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
    • Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
    • Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
    • Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals.
    • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans.
    • Recognized as a senior digital marketing subject matter expert capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients.
    • Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to generate "out of the box" solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
    • Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
    • International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
    • Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures
    • High analytical skills
    • Experience in applying data to life cycle management decisions
    • Graduated on top universities in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics. Postgraduate in Marketing, technology or related areas highly desirable.
