    Position summary

    o-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements within the product's life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance, and manage P&L for Acquiring fraud and merchant risk solutions in EEMEA
    Responsibilities
    • Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
    • Understand Mastercard's business model and take key financial factors into consideration to positively influence revenue growth and cost efficiency; develop commercial/ pricing proposals for large Acquirer clients in partnership with the Acceptance regional and global team
    • Conducting product demonstrations and presenting compelling product propositions to external stakeholders/audience
    • Drive Sales enablement for Acquiring fraud solutions to address customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities and deliver on the yearly revenue budget.
    • Take accountability for the delivery of key product enhancements, partner/work with key stakeholders within Security Solutions and Acceptance to deliver and launch product enhancements
    • Support in managing existing strategic accounts that leverage our Acquiring Fraud platform
    • Lead our responses to any RFPs on Acquiring fraud and work with cross-functional teams (CSCs, Legal, Product, Finance, etc.) to ensure our RFP response is competitive
    • Manage P&L , Track penetration and revenue KPIs and own the development and distribution of product newsletters to internal stakeholders
    • Participate in cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Management- Business, Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives. Capable of articulating complex technical requirements in a manner this is simple and relevant to stakeholder use cases
    • Ability to work cross-functionally, and across borders drawing on a broader team of colleagues to effectively execute the strategy and deliver on financial KPIs
    • Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices
    • Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions)

    All About You
    • Experience of working in and understanding of the payment's ecosystem, with knowledge of the Acquirer and merchant ecosystem and trends in acquiring fraud
    • Basic understanding of AI, and how it can be effectively leveraged in a fraud solution strategy and execution will be a definite plus
    • Creative thinker capable of linking Mastercard solutions to identified business challenges, particularly in acquiring & merchant fraud. Ability to understand general system architecture and overarching functions along with interdependency elements, as well as anticipate challenges for immediate remediation utilizing security solutions.
    Experience of working on product launches in multiple markets is desirable
    • Excellent Verbal and written communication: Excellent strategic thinking and analysis skills and a proven track record of creating solutions that increase revenue
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a highly matrixed environment across functions and regions
    Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases for security / fraud solutions
