Business Partners, COE's, and the GBSC - P&C to deliver the assigned activities.
Role
• Performs day-to-day activities to assist in the implementation of P&C policies and programs, supporting the People Business Partner.
• As directed by the People Business Partner, coordinates with GBSC - P&C, COEs on implementing programs and policies in the market.
• Executes P&C reporting, data collection, data sharing and preparation based on People Business Partner's requirement.
• Answers employee inquiries surrounding benefits, allowances, payroll, and time and attendance.
• P&C tasks, projects or activities as assigned by the People Business Partner.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse P&C and to present processes to employees.
• Functional knowledge: With basic labor law knowledge for the markets to support.
• Operational excellence: Attention to detail; with basic data analytics and reporting skill, follow process; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Business acumen: Possesses or demonstrates the ability to quickly acquire specific knowledge of business units supported; develops an end-to-end knowledge of Mastercard's business.
• Project Management: Demonstrates ability to independently and successfully lead projects cross-functional teams.
