    Position summary

    y modernization across Mastercard's internal products and shared platforms. You'll partner closely with infrastructure, platform, product, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver largescale, business critical modernized regions that support essential payment services.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead multiple large scale, concurrent programs, driving engineering execution across a complex technology portfolio within an Agile/Scrum delivery framework
    • Develop a deep understanding of the technology stack, integration patterns, organizational capabilities, and enterprise platforms to inform and shape effective technical solutions.
    • Contribute to strategic planning, architecture, and design discussions to enable clear, achievable, and scalable execution plans.
    • Partner closely with business leaders and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, priorities, and long term vision.
    • Define and maintain integrated program roadmaps, managing dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes across teams.
    • Provide data driven insights through accurate tracking, reporting, and dashboards to ensure transparency and decision making across complex initiatives.
    • Drive large scale initiatives through disciplined planning, proactive communication, and strong stakeholder alignment.
    • Identify and proactively resolve risks, issues, and escalations to ensure coordinated, high-quality delivery.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, inclusion, and influence, reflecting Mastercard's values of partnership, agility, and thoughtful risk taking.
    • Ensure the successful delivery of high impact features and capabilities that enable reliable, secure, and scalable payment services.

    All About You
    • More than 15 years of proven experience leading multiple concurrent programs, managing complex dependencies, and coordinating delivery across diverse engineering teams.
    • Deep technical acumen, strong strategic thinking, and exceptional stakeholder management to ensure the successful delivery of high impact capabilities that support customers and mission critical payment services.
    • Strong ability to operate independently in fast moving, ambiguous environments while effectively balancing shifting priorities.
    • Demonstrated success driving large scale, enterprise initiatives through strategic planning, execution discipline, and stakeholder influence.
    • Experience aligning cross functional teams to deliver against organizational strategy, technology roadmaps, and business outcomes.
    • Ability to maintain program health through effective risk management, governance, and quality execution of deliverables.
    • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging KPIs and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and foster trusted partnerships across engineering, product, and business teams.
    • Track record of streamlining workflows by prioritizing effectively, removing blockers, and ensuring teams deliver in a unified, timely, and predictable manner.
