    Business Experimentation & Optimization

    As a member of the Business Experimentation & Optimization Product Management team, you will build industry-leading experimentation software which brings sophisticated analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world. We are rapidly building new products, improving existing products, and expanding the ways we deliver our products. We are looking for innovators who can execute and evolve our product strategy, tackling the big challenges of the future.

    In this role, you will be responsible for being the product lead for a data enablement team which builds shared data services that power our suite of experimentation and optimization solutions. You will work closely with market-facing teams to identify future data needs and challenges with existing data infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to design solutions that address those needs.

    Position Responsibilities
    • Identify key bottlenecks in existing data flows by leveraging performance testing, dashboards, and log analytics
    • Translate a deep understanding of our users and product suite into a roadmap and product strategy for shared data solutions that will unlock growth for our suite of analytic products
    • Own end-to-end feature development. Identify and prioritise problems, define use cases, design solutions, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact to inform future decisions.
    • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional product teams to bring ideas to life, from problem identification to solution design, requirements development, testing, deployment, and performance measurement.
    • Work together with other core technology and data infrastructure teams within Mastercard to drive enhancements to Mastercard's enterprise data architecture.

    All About You
    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts. Experience with big data concepts and technologies-such as distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), real‑time streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), large‑scale data storage systems (e.g., S3, Delta Lake, BigQuery), and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)-is a plus.
    • Can work closely with cross-functional partners like engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and users.
    • A quick learner with the ability to multi-task in a team environment, not afraid to ask questions and make decisions. Enthusiastic, effective team member and mentor.
    • Broad strategic thinking skills, adept in translating product vision/strategy into an actionable roadmap.
    • Creative problem-solver, can balance competing needs and prioritise thoughtfully.
    • Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business success.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong professional presence. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • 2-3 years of professional experience in product management, data science, analytics, technology, data engineering, and/or similar fields
