    Position summary

    oss business and operational initiatives, while helping manage Mastercard's engagement with the Central Bank.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support regulatory assessments and authorization processes for new products, business models, rule changes, and operational initiatives
    • Execute formal approval processes, including legal analysis, impact assessment coordination, documentation, and timeline management
    • Review products and business models to ensure compliance is addressed from inception
    • Provide end-to-end regulatory support across product and operational initiatives
    • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure complete, consistent, and timely execution
    • Support engagement with the Central Bank, including meetings, communications, responses, and follow-ups
    • Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical business guidance

    All About You

    • Qualified lawyer with experience in financial regulation, payments, banking, fintech, or another regulated sector
    • Experience with product reviews, regulatory approvals, rule changes, or cross-functional implementation projects
    • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian regulatory environment and Central Bank interaction
    • Sound legal judgment combined with pragmatic business orientation
    • Strong writing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English
