Role
• Support the development of the annual sales plan/budget. Forecast main business drivers and revenue, define sales team targets, perform variance analysis against budget and forecast
• Support Mastercard strategic plans by providing relevant financial and operational analyses, and generating business insights to key stakeholders
• Perform in-depth analyses using internal and external data sources to support senior management decision making
• Develop new queries and processes for extracting, transforming and analyzing data to address project requirements
• Develop Tableau dashboards and reports that adhere to the visualization best practices. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into specifications for BI solutions
• Identify, design and implement data and process automation solutions
• Generate and implement ideas to continuously improve analytics and reporting services delivery
All About You
• Previous professional experience with analytical-oriented positions
• Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of coming up with analysis and outputs leveraging data from different sources
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner with both technical and non-technical customers
• Strong strategic thinking and business understanding
• Expertise with information delivery and knowledge of data visualization techniques for preparing data discovery, operational and executive dashboards
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL, ability to write, execute and optimize performance of complex queries
• Knowledge of a programming language like R or Python is desirable
