    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst, Analytics & Metrics to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to identify patterns and trends, actionable items, and compile recommendations for different stakeholders. Likewise, you will participate in data visualization discussions by identifying the best approach to illustrate the data for reporting and analysis.

    Responsibilities and tasks for the Senior Analyst:

    • Perform EDA for unstructured and structured data sources to identify relevant and actionable data for analysis.
    • Process and transform the data to create a dataset ready for reporting.
    • Advise, create and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau as needed.
    • Understand and define the trends and patterns in data to uncover insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
    • Translate business requirements into tangible solution specifications and high-quality, on-time deliverables.

    All About You

    • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business Administration.
    • Advanced knowledge of R, Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
    • Prior experience in Analytics or BI roles analyzing large sets of data and communicating key results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform in a team.
