    Role
    In this position, you will:
    • Manage campaign execution & lead generation tasks including lead uploads, tracked links, and project coordination for inbound requests.
    • Oversee complex data uploads across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with formatting and validation requirements.
    • Triage incoming tickets, assign them to the appropriate team members, and maintain communication with requestors to ensure clarity and completeness.
    • Maintain and deliver service level agreements (SLAs), including first response and task validation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outputs.
    • Monitor and report on operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

    The ideal candidate for this position should:
    • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
    • Have working knowledge of platforms such as Monday.com, Salesforce, and Marketo.
    • Possess strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
    • Be comfortable navigating multiple systems and resolving technical challenges.
    • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
    • Show attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
    • Be adaptable to time zone differences and capable of managing workload effectively.
