    Key Responsibilities
    • Services Business Development with Key Regional Accounts:
    Partner with the Mastercard Market Development team to build and maintain relationships with regional Digital Partners, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
    • Portfolio Defense & Growth:
    Identify opportunities thru Services to protect Mastercard's share and expand usage across existing portfolios.
    • Services UserPay and Reselling Expansion:
    Drive userpay opportunities and reselling of Mastercard Services solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
    • Joint Opportunity Development:
    Partner with clients to uncover and execute joint initiatives that leverage Mastercard's capabilities for mutual growth.
    • Strategic Planning:
    Develop go-to-market strategies, account prioritization, and tailored value propositions for the segment.


    Profile Requirements
    • Proven experience in business development and strategic account management, ideally within payments or technology ecosystems.
    • Strong understanding of payments, digital partners and payment infrastructure in Latin America.
    • Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with execution capability and results orientation.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with Mastercard's Services portfolio and ability to articulate its value to clients. (Nice to have)
