    Position summary

    vice Management team is built upon strong contributors with leadership abilities, consulting mindsets and strong project management skills. The group acts as an internal consultant supporting the Shared Services Organization and key Mastercard stakeholders. The primary responsibility will be supporting the successful identification, planning and execution of projects supporting the Mastercard Creative Studio. The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team working closely with Key Internal Customers to support
    marketing campaigns, sales enablement and B2B brand building. This position requires a highly collaborative individual with strong process and project management skills who will need to coordinate global relationships across multiple functional areas, third party providers and
    regional constituencies.

    Role:
    • Work closely with the Creative Studio to intake requests, validate expected deliverables, schedule, and monitor projects from start to finish.
    • Coordinate project completion through ongoing communication, relationship development and teamwork - focusing on collaboration and driving toward strategic priorities.
    • Assist in working through scheduling conflicts and creative allocation.
    • Take responsibility for the data integrity, organization, and maintenance of core content for project status and deliverables.
    • Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or conflicts, and adjust workflow to meet demand and team capacity.
    • Ensure continuous improvement of team processes and drive innovative use of resources.
    • Proactively communicate the status of upcoming milestones and open action items with the creative team and stakeholders, while adjusting schedule to accommodate last minute urgent requests and reset priorities.
    • Develop, run, and distribute status and progress reports to update leadership and project team members.

    All About You:
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Experience in large-scale, cross functional initiatives
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
    • Strong commitment to quality control with focus on data integrity and compliance
    • Capable of determining priorities, goals and objectives of work functions assigned.
    • Ability to take ownership of a project and successfully manage it from start to finish.
    • Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic.
    • Possess a sense of urgency and a customer service focus.
    • Resourceful in gathering key information.
    • Experience evaluating business processes and providing advice on ways to effectively streamline business processes and efficiencies
    (i.e., Lean Six Sigma)
    • Knowledge in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge and experience with Monday.com are a plus.
