Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Loyalty Rewards team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of next-generation regional and global platforms. You will work on complex, scalable, and innovative solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and deliver high-quality products. Your contributions will be critical to the platform's scalability, performance, and strategic growth.
Role:
Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and architect robust, future-ready solutions.
Microservices Development: Build modular and resilient microservices using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
Cloud Integration: Design cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging their managed services effectively.
Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve throughput and responsiveness.
Security and Compliance: Ensure secure coding practices, implement access controls, and ensure alignment with industry compliance standards.
Code Quality & Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and collaborate on automated testing and QA strategies.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed technical documentation and proactively share knowledge with the wider team.
Innovation & R&D: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and introduce tools and practices that improve productivity and product value.
