As part of a small, collaborative team, you will work on innovative software solutions that directly support the company's global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a strong background in Salesforce development, a passion for building scalable solutions, and a commitment to driving business impact through software.
Role:
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions to support Mastercard's marketing ecosystem.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, marketing, and analytics, to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools.
• Develop custom applications, Lightning components, and Apex code to meet business requirements and optimize marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
• Contribute to the development of APIs and services to enable seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
All About You:
• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform features such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers to develop custom workflows and automations.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and modern frameworks (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).
• Experience working with integration patterns, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and RESTful API integrations.
• Experience in designing and building scalable, efficient, and reliable applications in Salesforce to meet the needs of global marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Additional Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their integration with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance considerations in Salesforce development.
