    Position summary

    As key member of this LAC Business Development team, you are required to prepare account plans, support the development and execution of account strategies, structuring proposals and manage the execution activities relating to the activation of new products, joint reselling and marketing activity or service with the customer.

    Other Responsibilities

    -Manage a set of strategic Regional and Global: retailers, quick service restaurants, airlines, and other commerce platforms
    -Work with customers on their onboarding, commercial agreements, launch and growth of their portfolios and manage regional accounts P&L
    -Drive new revenue through existing account expansion and new account development
    -Be the voice of Mastercard drive thought leadership and support our customers plans
    -Develop reseller and 1 to many approaches, scaling the offer and distribution of our products and solutions
    -Develop key acceptance programs in partnership with the acquirer center of excellence and other stakeholders to increase digital payment acceptance

    All About You

    -Have experience in the merchant acceptance, acquirer, PSP, orchestrator space
    -Have advanced account management experience and a hunter spirit
    -Deep knowledge about the innovation ecosystem in LAC and trends
    -Be customer centric
    -Look for complementary products or services that can also help the customer
    -Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
    -Be able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
    -Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
    -English and Spanish required, Portuguese preferred
