    Position summary

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies aimed at maintaining a balanced Customer Economics framework, with a focus on necessary interventions in Pricing and Interchange.
    • Assist in the implementation of domestic and cross-border pricing and interchange initiatives, coordinating the process from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to support the smooth execution of Pricing and Interchange initiatives.
    • Perform financial modeling and data analysis to provide insights that optimize pricing and interchange structures and support business growth.
    • Help coordinate announcement releases and updates, ensuring accurate documentation, including bulletins and manuals, and addressing inquiries from stakeholders.
    • Manage of internal and external interchange-related questions, analysis, reporting, documentation, and training sessions.
    • Get involved in ad-hoc analysis and projects.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Experience in Pricing/Business Analytics/Forecasting & Reporting would be desirable.
    • Candidates having experience in Payments or Banking would be preferred.
    • Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering results within a matrix structure.
    • High proficiency with MS Excel and other data analysis tools.

    Skills & Education:

    • Self-driven, organized and pro-active with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
    • Post-graduate qualifications such as MBA or CA/ICWA are preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • High proficiency in using analytical tools and applications, including MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
    • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks with a customer-oriented mindset i.e. manage expectations of our internal and external customers accountability and sense of urgency.
