    The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Product Specialist to support our CA&E - Rewards & Offers products and platforms.

    This role will be an expert on our Rewards & Offers solutions and be responsible for ensuring the products are scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the products meet local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that each product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads:
    Key Responsibilities
    Act as Product Owner for Rewards & Offers
    • Bring global product to the region, including use cases
    • Fuel and understand global roadmap
    Lead Product Localization and GTM
    • Manage Studio process (including pricing)
    • Close involvement on pilots
    • Vendor/partner management

    Act as Regional SME
    • Understand competitive landscape
    • Map regional pain points/needs
    • Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales
    • Measure value and articulate impact
    About You
    • Experience as a product leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
    • Business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
    • Experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
    • Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
    • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans.
    • Recognized as a subject matter expert
    • Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to generate "out of the box" solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
    • Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
    • International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
    • Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Fluent in English
