    Role:
    • Support product managers across digital products-including wallets, tokenisation services, and enablement platforms-with tailored data analysis and reporting.
    • Translate product usage and performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.
    • Establish and maintain monitoring systems and dashboards to track key metrics such as adoption, engagement, and feature effectiveness.
    • Investigate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve data accessibility and usability for internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools and platforms.
    • Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and transparency.

    All About You:
    • Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within digital payments .
    • Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
    • Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for data accessibility and automation.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
