    The Security Solutions Business Development team is crucial in enhancing Mastercard's market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic security sales initiatives. As a key player in this team, you will be instrumental in promoting our innovative security products and services that safeguard payment integrity, digital transactions, and cybersecurity.
    Role
    The Services Business Development, Security Solutions Lead, is an active team member who will drive further growth of Mastercard Security Solutions business in Ukraine - Moldov cluster; creating strong partnerships with existing and new customers and focusing on achieving revenue targets and fostering regional expansion. The role will report into the Principal, Services Business Development.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Acts as an incubation phase for the creation/ideation of new products
    • Roles in this family focus on innovation management; they assess opportunities, define and create new products/prototypes and test differentiated value propositions that meet stakeholder needs (eg, consumer, merchants, banks, governments, issuers)
    • Grows revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers/markets
    • Focuses on growing market share, market acceptance, the number of customer touch points, and MasterCard's regional footprint
    • Sets sales strategy aligned with geography and segment strategy
    • Responsible for pipeline management at the segment level
    • Assists with the development of a sales pipeline of Cyber security products in coordination with product development and account management teams
    • Helps prepare for and participates in conversations with key decision makers about product opportunities
    • Analyzes customers' existing business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
    • Develops financial modeling and business cases for identified business development opportunities
    • Supports the execution and management of the customer contract agreement process
    • Assists in evaluating the deal process to deliver efficiencies and added improvements
    • Generates new and innovative product solutions that support corporate or product/segment strategy
    • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish product development directives and initiatives
    • Supports existing business development relationships (e.g., merchants, MNOs, banks, regulators, industry bodies etc.)
    • Reports trends, competitor intelligence and developments to stakeholders
    • Analyzes business opportunities to identify new clients and product ideas
    All About you
    • Deepen expertise on Cyber Security products
    • Knowledge of e/m commerce and emerging payment landscape
    • Experience executing and managing business development strategies for mid-sized countries/regions/industry verticals
    • Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships through customer sales
    • Demonstrated success introducing existing and emerging solutions in a specific MasterCard country/region/industry vertical
