is predominantly co-located in a collaborative working environment in the heart of the Mastercard Technology Operations headquartered in St. Louis, MO. Select regional hubs exist to provide additional scale and agility. The GBSC provides services to all regions and all business units spanning 50 countries.

The Specialist, Legal Services - Privacy and Data Protection Services will be part of a team of privacy legal specialists within the broader GBSC Legal Services team. This position will support Mastercard's integrated approach to privacy and data protection and be accountable for Mastercard website Cookie management compliance, and delivering positive customer experiences and efficient business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end DSAR workflows across My Data portal, privacy mailboxes, and acquired platforms
• Ensure timely and compliant responses to global privacy requests
• Support automation, reporting, and My Data portal enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard new products and acquisitions
• Prepare quarterly and annual DSAR metrics and dashboards
• Maintain SOPs and support audit readiness

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
• 4-6 years in privacy operations, compliance, or data governance
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy frameworks
• Experience with privacy tools (e.g. OneTrust, indigenous DSAR tools)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, etc.)
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with cookie management, marketing privacy reviews, AND/OR GDRs
• Exposure to M&A integration or onboarding processes
• Additional language proficiency (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
