Overview
• Develops and execute product strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
• Manages and maintains existing product lines on an on-going basis
• Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.
• Provides design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development.
• Roles in this family focus on innovation management; they assess opportunities, define and create new products/prototypes and test differentiated value propositions that meet stakeholder needs (eg: consumer, merchants, banks, governments, issuers)
Primary Responsibilities
• Execute credit card strategic plan in Brazil to drive growth, market share and net revenue goals
• Work with issuers, acquirers and merchants to move credit card agenda with success
• Manage and enhance Credit value proposition
• Define, implement and launch products to market. Execute end to end tasks from ideation to product launch.
• Partner with Marketing, Communication, Regulatory, Law, Pricing, Sales and Technology to manage and execute Credit agenda with each vertical
• Ability to lead meetings with customers to create best in class solutions, connected with our business goals
• Provide expert level product support to Customers and Sales teams
• Regularly interact with global and regional product leaders to develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the products
• Responsible for products data such as dashboards, BI, competitive analysis
ALL ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Experience in product management, product development, and project management, preferably in financial services
• Payment Industry experience: card payments experience, understanding of card scheme rules, understanding of the 4-party model / payment industry value chain and trends in payment industry desirable
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage work on several projects concurrently
• Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented focus
• Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and Mastercard
• Self motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team
Work Conditions:
• Hybrid Policy: Average 3 days per week in the office
