    The Role:
    • Storytelling & Messaging: Develop narratives that simplify the complex to communicate the value and impact of our initiatives.
    • Facilitate coordination among stakeholders and principal contributors to ensure timely preparation of documents and effective delivery of meetings.
    • Presentation Design: Create visually engaging and executive-ready presentations for internal and external audiences.
    • Reporting & Dashboards: Collaborate with teams to design reports that highlight key metrics and trends.
    • Content Development: Draft communications, talking points, and summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Brand Alignment: Ensure all materials align with Mastercard's tone, style, and visual identity.
    • Documentation & Templates: Maintain templates and guidance for consistent communication practices.
    • Continuous Improvement: Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

    About You:
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and visualization tools.
    • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly convey complex topics.
    • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams, with an interest in driving communications strategies that align with business priorities.
    • Excellent organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Solid understanding of balancing and prioritizing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
    • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking new ideas and best practices.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration
