    Position summary

    Market Product Vice President for the Brazil division, you will serve as the subject matter expert for a comprehensive suite of SSO products and programs. These include:
    • Domestic Switching / Network Solutions
    • Security & Identity Solutions (e.g., EMV/Contactless, Identity Check, Biometrics, Risk-Based Authentication)
    • Advanced Technologies like NuDetect, Brighterion, and Decision Intelligence
    You will lead the execution of strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption of these solutions, helping issuers and merchants reduce fraud, improve approval rates, and manage chargebacks more effectively.

    Key Responsibilities
    The initial focus of the candidate will be to drive the evolution and scale of Mastercard's domestic switching efforts while advancing security and authentication solutions that improve approvals while helping issuers and merchants manage fraud and chargebacks.

    The candidate will ensure the products they manage are successful through all lifecycle phases - create, sell, deliver and run. The three primary areas of responsibility include: (1) C&I and Domestic Switching Market Management, (2) Executing Product Go-To-Market for all relevant C&I Customer and (3) ensuring the ongoing evolution and success of the products managed.

    1. Market Management
      • Manage Argentina annual revenue budget established for product suite, with special focus on Security Solutions.
      • Capture market needs by leveraging data insights, voice of the customer and monitoring market conditions.
      • Develop ongoing assessment of competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and product roadmap.
      • Establish and execute process for communicating market needs to global product development
      • Serve as product 'ambassador' by driving thought leadership agenda - articulating C&I and Contactless strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer and internal forums.

    2. Go-to-Market
      • Enable and support sales of Security Solutions, Network Solutions, and Identity Solutions
      • Responsible for launching, expanding use and optimizing Mastercard's Identity solutions in Customers
      • Work closely with sales teams to develop and manage pipeline for new and existing C&I solutions.
      • Enable sales teams with content and training required to execute product and market sales objectives.
      • Serve as C&I's expert and support advanced sales opportunities as needed.

    3. Ongoing Management
      • Develop next gen market strategy for C&I & lead corresponding execution of product go-to-market plans.
      • Work with regional product & sales teams on opportunities to package services for customer segments.
      All about you
      • Proven experience commercializing or launching products in the Financial Services/Payments industry.
      • Experience on network processing (switching), authentication and security products is preferred.
      • Strong understanding of the payments industry, digital payments and security landscape.
      • Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong ability to interact with, build consensus and influence across a variety of internal and external business partners at all levels of leadership.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
      • Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.
      • Proven track record of executing on opportunity identification.
      • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree or MBA a plus.
      • Position requires up to 10% travel.
