    Position summary

    for attracting top talent to fuel Mastercard's growth across18 countries. You will work together with both our regional LT and Global TA leads to deliver Innovative and Inclusive hiring solutions to support the delivery of Mastercard's growth goals across AP.

    • Aligns talent acquisition strategies with the Mastercard's talent agenda
    • Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating talent acquisition efforts; ensures the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local, regional and global activities
    • Acts as consultants to the business on a wide variety of talent acquisition strategies, programs and processes
    • These include talent planning, recruiting, assessment, candidate sourcing, market research and employment branding

    Responsibilities
    • Oversees development of short and long-term talent acquisition strategies supporting large and highly complex global business units and regions
    • Oversees cross-functional interactions among internal stakeholders (e.g., business leaders) and external talent acquisition partners (e.g., vendors) to develop strategies to address talent needs for large and highly complex global business units and regions
    • Responsible for talent acquisition process and systems management
    • Directs and provides thought leadership surrounding the design, launch and delivery of talent acquisition programs and diversity goals (e.g. branding and marketing, workforce segmentation projects)
    • Reviews data and assesses external labor market, the competitive talent environment and Mastercard business objectives to forecast talent supply and needs, prioritize high-level objectives, and communicate observations, insights, and best practices to business units and regional leaders
    • Develops and maintains internal and external stakeholder relationships, including senior function leaders and vendors
    • Manages one or more teams, conducts goal setting and performance appraisal processes, coaches, and develops employees as an organizational resource
    • Develops and maintains internal and external stakeholder relationships, including senior function leaders, university talent acquisition contacts, and vendor leaders

    Experiences
    • Successfully developed and implemented global talent acquisition strategies that balance internal business demands and conditions of the external labor market
    • Successful track record in achieving strategic talent acquisition goals for the enterprise/business units in a fast-paced and high volume, matrixed environment (to carry across all levels)
    • Experience enhancing talent acquisition programs/processes based on relevant best practices, external trends and leveraging advanced analytics
    • Proven track record handling, external relationships (i.e. vendors, agencies, branding partners)
    • Successfully managed contracts and consistently delivered beneficial negotiation results
