Escalation Analyst

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Correspond / Negotiate with delinquent accounts

• Daily decisions to ship or hold orders over credit line and/or past due

• Discuss account resolution with internal parties

• Handle difficult conversations with Senior Leadership at the Customer

• Perform complex reconciliations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of AR processes

• Analytical skills in reviewing trend data and exception recognition

• Strong customer focus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage workload

• Ethical conduct

Working Conditions:

• Traditional office environment

Physical Requirements:

• Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required

• General office demands

This is a hybrid position and requires living within commuting distance of one of the following locations:

• Dallas, TX

• Jacksonville, FL

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$19.35 - $32.25
