    Position summary

    Time Position - Monday through Friday - 7 a.m. start time hours/days will vary per business need**

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversees warehouse supply levels to ensure that essential supplies remain at par level and support operational supply needs.

    • Oversees DC Slotting strategy to ensure that products are slotted to ensure quality outcomes and minimize risk while fostering productive workflow.

    • Collaborate with Operations and Facilities departments.

    • Ensure appropriate controls are adhered to for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance Process Management

    • Manage audit reports for transportation and slotting related activities.

    • Manage last mile delivery performance for parcel carriers (UPS and FedEx), including reporting performance to local team and partnering with corporate transportation team on strategic initiatives.

    • Staff Management - lead, manage and develop direct reports as applicable.

    • Build authentic relationships with the distribution center team.

    • This role works reports to the Inventory Manager.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.

    Critical Skills:

    • 2 years supervisory/management experience

    • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access

    • Leadership skills including coaching and developing teams and fostering engagement and collaboration

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Preferred Skills:

    4-year degree preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to bend, stand, twist, stoop throughout shift.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

    Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $52,200 - $87,000
