ization Advisors that provide direct support to The Network practices and are accountable for the execution MID operations best practices and data analysis of MID metrics. In addition, the Director takes on a leadership role in network-wide projects and committees. A successful candidate will have expertise in oncology oral specialty space, with excellent relationship building, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and optimize MID practice operations and design initiatives supported via MID analytics data and practice facing dashboards.
Lead the development and implementation of strategies to achieve financial metrics within The Network, including strategies to optimize drug economics and value-based care contracts
Develop and implement strategies to improve safety and quality of oral pharmacy services, including accreditation standards when applicable and meeting regulatory and contractual obligations. This includes implementing standardization when appropriate across The Network practices.
Lead key projects with network-wide impacts and multiple stakeholders
Direct the development of analytical tools that improve team efficiency and contribute to The Network's goals for MID
Lead and manage MID team, including identification and development of talent. Responsible for achieving short and longer term
Minimum Requirement:
Typically requires 12+ years specific healthcare and/or systems-related experience including 4+ years managerial experience
4+ years of management experience
Pharm D or equivalent
Current registered Pharmacist
Critical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of community oncology pharmacy and accreditation standards (ACHC, URCA, and NCODA)
Ability to analyze contract strategies (PSAO, director contracting and PBM landscape), well versed in reimbursement industry trends and strong MID finance management experience
Success managing development of analytics products/roadmap and advanced skills with visualization tools (PowerBI & Tableau)
Advanced knowledge of pharmacy managed systems, claims data and workflow optimization
Strong oral, written and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences
Experience building and developing a high performing team
Success aligning goals and incentives across teams
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of drug reimbursement, payer, regulatory, compliance and licensure issues at the federal and state level relative to retail/MID pharmacy
Advanced knowledge of specialty pharmacy and oncolytics market
Ability to build professional relationships quickly and collaborate with a diverse set of colleagues
Ability to listen to the needs of internal and external stakeholders and translate those into product roadmap
Ability to form and articulate persuasive arguments and make change via strong change management skills with stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Success managing professional relationships virtually
Ability to work in a self-directed environment
Experience working in matrix environment
MBA or advanced degree preferred

$137,900 - $229,800
