    The Program Manager will serve as a functional expert in the Independent Retail Pharmacy space in operations, administration, analytics, and generic compliance management. The chosen individual will lead cross-functional teams to enhance processes in order to track, analyze, and communicate program and formulary changes and optimize customer experience with excellence in communication and execution.

    • Understand and communicate (written and/or verbal) as the subject matter expert on generic products, programs & pricing.

    • Manage the compilation, analysis, and reporting of data to forecast trends and support the management of all aspects of the program, applying mathematical models and statistical techniques to support Independent Pharmacy customer growth and program functionality.

    • Analyze customer purchasing trends to provide key insights to internal team that can generate opportunities and mitigate risks within the segment; and utilize Excel to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, and economic forecasting.

    • Manage the customer formulary to ensure contract compliance with the goal of optimizing preferred contract purchases while ensuring at the highest service levels possible.

    • Build customer strategy aligned with Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services (PSaS) strategy based on acquiring insightful knowledge of Independent Retail customers and their business models.

    • Collaborate across teams within McKesson to effectively manage without authority to execute the shared strategies of McKesson Generics and the customer.

    • Develop and strengthen cross functional relationships with internal partners to ensure best in class service to the customer.

    Minimum Requirement

    Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

    Education

    Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience highly preferred.

    Critical Skills

    • Ideal candidate will additionally possess 2+ years of management experience, but not required.

    • 4+ years of relevant operations, inventory management, distribution, or sourcing experience.

    • Excellent financial analysis and P&L interpretation skills.

    Salary:94,500.00 - 126,000.00 - 157,500.00 USD Annual with 15% MIP

    Working Conditions

    • Hybrid/Remote - Irving, TX . MUST BE LOCAL.

    • Able to travel domestically 5% of the time.

    • Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted - This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

    Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $94,500 - $157,500
