Key Responsibilities
Review upload of 401k administrator files to ensure contribution rates and loan payments load correctly into Workday. Complete data analysis of output files after the load, correct discrepancies and process necessary payroll adjustments.
Process invoices and payments for various vendors to ensure business continuity and prevent any disruptions.
Perform contribution and loan payment reconciliation and funding after each pay period to ensure timely distribution of funds to employee accounts.
Review, research, and resolve HR and employee inquiries or escalated issues while adhering to plan provisions qualified plan rules.
Assist with annual compliance cycle processing and audit
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of the administration of The US Oncology Network's Qualified Benefit Plans.
Adhere to all plan documents and applicable IRS regulations
Complete the annual retirement plan regulatory activities
Participate and complete the annual audits of the retirement plans
Recommend and implement changes and improvements
Communicate effectively with employees and answer questions regarding benefits, eligibility, changes, accommodations, special circumstances, problem resolution, and compliance issues
Ensure compliance with IRS regulations
Manage third-party vendor relationships
Manage staff members to ensure accurate and timely completion of day-to-day responsibilities
Requirements:
2+ years of qualified plan benefit experience
Knowledge of retirement plans and benefits
Advanced Proficiency with MS Excel
Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools
Attention to detail and problem solving.
Self-directed and proactive: Capable of working independently, taking ownership of responsibilities without the need of constant supervision. Demonstrates a keen understanding of priorities and has initiative to complete them efficiently and effectively.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$58,600 - $97,600
