Job Purpose

The application student will work on-site 10hr/week in our Salzburg Research and Development group and will have access to cutting-edge infrastructures and technologies (3D Biology, advanced automation, etc.).

The candidate student will work under the supervision of the Hardware Engineering Manager, to conduct experiments or tasks in technical area:

Mechatronic and automation, 3D printing and prototyping, Imaging and data processing, IT Privacy and Security

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of proof-of-concept tests with breadboards or prototype

• 3D printing and prototyping

• Strong relationship with hardware and software development team

• Work across multiple disciplines to bridge scientific and instrument requirements and functionality

• Is aware of Health and Safety and conducts self in a way that does not put him/herself or any other person at risk

Qualification**:**

• Courses in Bachelor or Master in Mechatronic and Medical Imagine

• written and verbal communication skills, German is a plus
