"I am happy to be part of Molecular Devices, seeing the company grow over the years and watching more women move into leadership roles is really inspiring. The company provides great support to all associates and you have a sense of belonging as what we do as associates matters.

"Molecular Devices promotes gender and racial equality for its associates. We are a female-led company and our President and HR VP fully support diversity and inclusion. The work can be demanding at times but the end product/goal is rewarding! "
