    We are currently seeking a Lead Product Manager who will be responsible for devising and executing a product strategy to drive revenue growth within the Preclinical Biopharma market.

    What we'll be doing:

    • Providing informed market insight, competitive intelligence, customer insight as well as IDBS product positioning to drive performance for assigned software product lines within the Preclinical BioPharma market.

    • Deliver annual objectives for assigned markets & software product lines including revenue targets, customer health & retention targets and software quality metrics.

    • Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams when performance is not meeting targets.

    • New product ideation within the Preclinical market, starting with prioritizing valuable customer problems, gathering, and prioritizing product requirements, creating business cases and following through with successful product launches.

    • Support the Head of Product Management to explore, evaluate, and establish product partnerships with external companies and providers to accelerate new product innovation.

    • Work in close collaboration with supporting business units: Engineering, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Professional Services, Marketing and Sales.

    • Maintain effective information flow between our customers, customer facing organization and our product and engineering teams.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor or higher degree in a life science or chemistry subject matter

    • Multiple years' experience in product strategy, product management or product marketing within a life science or scientific software organization.

    • Ability to demonstrate domain knowledge in one or more BioPharma Preclinical domain areas, such as drug efficacy, drug metabolism & pharmacokinetics (DMPK), drug safety or toxicology.

    • Prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams and projects.

    • Fluency with industry standard processes for product development, such as Agile and software products such as Aha! or Jira.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Multiple years' experience within a BioPharma company specializing in pharmaceutical drug development or manufacture.
