    Background on the Team

    The Client Service Operations (CSO) team, as an integral part of MSIM's International Equity team, is a dynamic tight-knit group based in London and New York. As member of the CSO team, , primary responsibilities include high-level operational support preparing reports and presentation books. In addition, this role will provide support to the team by submitting expenses, maintaining calendar entries and updating slides. The position requires the ability to interact with employees (at all levels, globally) in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.

    Responsibilities
    • Work alongside CSO team members with presentation book and client reporting production by gathering, reviewing and applying portfolio level information from internal and external systems (ie FactSet, PerfDash, Seismic (content management)) to produce books and reports.
    • Uploading monthly commentary text to Seismic, to assist CSO team with generating client reporting.
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports for NY based Portfolio Specialists, ensuring that all policies are followed, and items are processed within the provided guidelines and timelines.
    • Maintain accuracy for the team's complex and detailed client meeting calendar for NY based Portfolio Specialists.
    • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the team's presentation slides and presentation templates and commentary templates in the team's content management system (Seismic).
    • Maintain NY teams contact list, ensuring all referential information is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
    • Over time, as interest and skill develop/strengthen, respond to ad hoc queries and help with RFPs.

    Skills desired
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Capacity to take initiative in an evolving work environment while maintaining flexibility and a collaborative attitude while getting things done.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
    • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and tasks efficiently.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Experience working in a deadline driven production-oriented environment.
    • Ability to communicate in a crisp, structured manner in both written and verbal communications.
    • Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues, in a dynamic, fast paced, global environment.
    • Project Management skills would be a plus.
