Working with Web team to build Firm branded websites and mobile applications. > External Speaker research and management: maintain relationships with speaker agencies, understand risks and seek internal approvals, contracting, briefing calls and logistics > Sound knowledge and adherence to all Legal & Compliance Department and Anti-Corruption Group requirements, including managing participation of Government Officials. Ownership of invitee pre-approval process, transparency letters, etc. > Working with Design Studio to create timeline for save the dates, invitations, agendas, speaker information packs, website branding, print collateral and other marketing materials > Detailed liaison and co-ordination with internal audio-visual team: pre-production, set & staging, webcasting, presentation release (in conjunction with business legal teams), mobile & social media applications etc > Facilitate effective sharing of appropriate information by ensuring all reporting requirements are accurate and met on a timely basis (eg. event reports, time tracking, savings and value adds) > Host post event de-brief, provide reporting & feedback analysis. Scheduling dates for following year and instigating event planning cycle.
