Job Description: * Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team * Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements * CSG function: Inquiry management for front office and clients. Providing payment confirmation and performing phone confirmation * Research function: Ensuring accuracy of dividends / corporate actions / coupons / redemptions event details and send notification to clients * Deadline function: Ensuring accuracy of client entitlements on key date.
