Provide end-to-end project management for cross-team and cross-functional initiatives impacting RWAs and capital across Market and Credit Risk
Own and manage the global Risk Capital project calendar, covering quarterly, annual, and ad hoc regulatory and management deliverables
Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing across initiatives
Serve as a key coordinator for the Risk Capital technology modernization agenda, including AI initiatives, from prioritization through delivery and ongoing monitoring
Partner with Risk Capital teams to identify data, model, tool, and process enhancement opportunities, supporting alignment with key stakeholders
Coordinate preparation of quarterly Risk Capital management presentations, including planning timelines, gathering inputs, and ensuring quality and consistency of materials
Establish and run working groups and governance forums, including agenda setting, action tracking, and issue escalation
Maintain centralized inventories and trackers covering regulatory deliverables, models, tools, EUCs, and supporting documentation
Support headcount planning, hiring, resourcing, and budget management in partnership with COO and Finance teams
Contribute to broader COO activities such as annual objectives setting, management committee tracking, and preparation for quarterly and annual reviews
Lead a small team of risk professionals as part of the broader Risk Capital team
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor's or higher degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics and Mathematics
5+ years of relevant work experience in project, program, or portfolio management within Risk, Finance, or a related control function
Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across geographies and functions in a regulated environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort interacting with senior management
Experience supporting regulatory or risk-related deliverables is an advantage; familiarity with capital, RWA, or regulatory frameworks is beneficial but not required
A proactive, structured, and delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
