/ risk awareness including Technology risk and Information Security risk, identifying processes and procedures to mitigate such risks and reduce overall risk profile. > Partner with regional and global colleagues to develop the strategic plan for services in order to ensure services are delivered consistently and adhere to operating standards, policies, and procedures with respect to Technology Asset Management and physical Information Security > Participate in RFPs, and contract review processes, working with Sourcing and vendors to define the services, including scope, deliverables, SLAs, KPIs and costs. > Schedule and attend regular meetings with key clients to understand changing business needs, discuss business unit spend, initiatives and proactively solicit service feedback and to support various administrative tasks to include but not limited to allocations and invoice processing, create presentations and documentation and updating department intranet sites. > Flexibility to meet changing demands/requirements with a willingness to learn. > Effective Communication in both English and Japanese and ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders of all levels and locations explaining complex technical matters in laymans terms. > Strong execution skills with an attention to detail and excellent time and project management skills with an aptitude and understanding of technology infrastructure and networks. > A bachelor's degree in relevant fields with solid business acumen and at least five years working experience with Print/Distribution/ Records Management service. > Experience in customer relationship/vendor and project management. > Experience in process re-engineering or workflow systems analysis.
