    What you'll do in the role:

    • Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
    • Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
    • Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
    • Reviewing legal documentation (e.g. credit agreements, fee letters)
    • Ensuring accurate and efficient entry of loan transactions, such as drawdowns, repayments, prepayments, interest payments, servicing fees, servicing advances, etc.
    • Sending out loan notices to Lenders who are part of loan syndication

    What you'll bring to the role:

    • Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
    • Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests
    • Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in technical/business writing and excel skills
    • Knowledge of loan markets, specifically performing and non performing across multiple strategies.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business
    • At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
    • LoanIQ and ClearPar system knowledge and trade closing and or trading desk exposure

    Role is hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.

    Salary range for the position: $60,000 - $80,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
